Print from EposNow BackOffice
Preparation for printing
In EposNow BackOffice
- Go to the EposNow BackOffice, type
api
in the search place and press [Enter]. - Click on the REST API.
- Scroll down to the Your API Devices.
- Scroll to the right and click Access credentials.
- Copy Authorization Token.

- Open the settings for loading data from the source.
- Set the Source Type to Epos Now.
- Paste your copied Authorization Token into the appropriate field and click OK.
Printing
Before printing, if necessary, synchronize data with EposNow. To do this, click Load data from source.

Print from QuickBooks POS
Preparation for printing

- Open the settings for loading data from the source.
- Set the Source Type to Spreadsheet.
- Click OK
Export data from QuickBooks POS
- In QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale, go to File > Utilities > Export.
- From the Data Export Wizard, select Inventory Items then Next.
- Enter the needed data in the following fields: Select destination file - location where file will be saved, Write records to (sheet) - worksheet where data must be entered, Begin exporting data to row - row where data should be started.
- From the Choose export template, you may select the default inventory template or manually manage the mapping to match the details to be exported from QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
- Select Next.
- Validate if the records ready for export is correct, then select Export.
Printing
Before printing, if necessary, synchronize data with QuickBooks POS. To do this, click Load data from source.
