Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail from our seller payproglobal.com with your license key within 15 minutes.
If you receive an e-mail from our seller payproglobal.com with the license key, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item you purchased.
In case you do not receive an e-mail from our seller payproglobal.com with the license key, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds on any purchased license key that has not been activated on a computer and is still valid (not expired). To do so, please contact us on our support form and mention that you want to request a refund, and mention the unused license key, the primary holder’s email address and primary holder’s contact name, as well as the order number associated with the license key. Upon validation of your information, we will then proceed with making a refund to the original method of purchase and revoke the license key in question.
We do not provide refunds for licenses that have been activated or used. Before purchasing and activating your license, we encourage you to fully evaluate the software using our fully functional 30-day trial. This trial period is designed to help you ensure that the software meets your needs. If you require additional time for your evaluation, please feel free to request a trial extension.
