Pricing policy
AzureLabel uses simple, transparent public pricing.
We periodically review our prices to reflect inflation, ongoing product development, market conditions, and the cost of providing and supporting AzureLabel.
Active subscriptions generally keep their current price when our prices change.
Price changes apply to new subscriptions and new purchases from the date the updated prices are published.
Previous pricing is not available for new orders. Volume discounts may be available.
Delivery policy
After your order is completed, our authorized reseller, payproglobal.com, will send your license key by email, usually within 15 minutes. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and contact us through our support form.
Refund policy
We offer refunds on any purchased license key that has not been activated on any computer and is still valid (not expired).
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us via our support form and provide the unused license key, the primary holder’s email address and name, and the order number associated with the purchase.
After validating the information, we will revoke the license key and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Because AzureLabel provides a fully functional 30-day trial before purchase, refunds are not available for license keys that have already been activated.
If you need more time to evaluate AzureLabel, you can request a trial extension.
Activation policy
- Subscription: Activation is available while your subscription is valid.
- One-time purchase license: Activation is required when you install AzureLabel on a new computer or reinstall Windows.
For older versions, AzureLabel will make reasonable efforts to maintain activation availability where practicable. Activation of very old versions may eventually become unavailable due to changes in platform, security requirements, or retired infrastructure.
