Pricing policy
AzureLabel uses simple, transparent public pricing.
We periodically review our prices to reflect inflation, ongoing product development, market conditions, and the cost of providing and supporting AzureLabel.
Active subscriptions generally keep their current price. We may periodically adjust existing subscription prices to reflect inflation and the ongoing development and support of AzureLabel.
Price changes apply to new subscriptions and new purchases from the date the updated prices are published.
Previous prices are not available for new orders. Volume discounts may be available.
Delivery policy
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail from our seller payproglobal.com with your license key within 15 minutes.
If you receive an e-mail from our seller payproglobal.com with the license key, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item you purchased.
In case you do not receive an e-mail from our seller payproglobal.com with the license key, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Refund policy
We offer refunds on any purchased license key that has not been activated on any computer and is still valid (not expired).
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us via our support form and provide the unused license key, the primary holder’s email address and name, and the order number associated with the purchase.
After validating the information, we will revoke the license key and issue a refund to the original payment method.
We do not provide refunds for licenses that have been activated or used. Before purchasing and activating your license, we encourage you to fully evaluate the software using our fully functional 30-day trial. This trial period is designed to help you ensure that the software meets your needs. If you require additional time for your evaluation, please feel free to request a trial extension.
Activation policy
- Subscription: Activation is available while your subscription is valid, for the current version and typically up to 5 prior major versions (as long as they are technically supported).
- One-time purchase license: Activation is required when you install on a new computer or reinstall Windows. AzureLabel will make reasonable efforts to maintain activation availability for older versions of the Software where practicable. Activation of very old versions may not be technically possible due to changes in platform, security requirements, or infrastructure decommissioning. In such cases, AzureLabel may, at its discretion, offer upgrade or reactivation options.
