Frequently Asked Questions
Can I activate my license on more than one computer?
-
Pro license: A Pro license is a single-computer license. It can be activated on only one computer at a time.
-
Corporate license: A Corporate license is a network license. It must be activated on one main computer or RDP host, and all other computers in the same local network (or connected via Remote Desktop) use that shared license.
The number of client computers in the same local network is not limited.
Can I transfer my license to another computer?
Yes. All license types (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and one-time purchase) can be transferred to another computer.
To transfer:
- 1. Deactivate the license on your current computer.
- 2. Install AzureLabel on the new computer.
- 3. Activate it using your license key.
License transfer is intended for situations such as replacing a permanently broken computer, reinstalling Windows, or permanently moving to a new device.
You can deactivate and transfer a license up to two times without contacting support. Starting from the third deactivation, transfers are handled by support on a case-by-case basis.
For details about version eligibility and activation availability, see the Activation Policy section.
How to work with labels and data shared by all users on different computers?
See the Sharing Labels and Print Data Across Computers section to learn how to do this.
We have a single user license Pro. Now we need a program on the second computer. Do we need to buy another license or is it possible to upgrade the current license?
-
If your second computer is on the same local network as the first computer, then you can upgrade your license to a Corporate network license. In this case, only one Corporate license is required for all computers in the local network.
-
If your second computer is NOT on the same local network as the first computer, then you will need a second license for the second computer. A third computer will require a third license, and so on.
My label designs created in AzureLabel version X, when upgrading to a new version will remain or will I have to do them again?
When installing a new version of the program, all your data from the previous version, including label designs, will be copied to the new version.
To do this, you must answer in the affirmative to the installer's question about using data from the old version.
Will my label designs remain when I upgrade/replace/renew my license?
Yes. All your data, including label designs, is stored on your computer and is not associated with licenses in any way. The license only determines the availability of certain features that the program provides.

Is there a way to force the barcode to expand to the total width of the given area? There is extra space on the right and left where it can stretch horizontally to fit.
Unfortunately no. The main reason is the reliability of reading by the scanner. Each bar and each space in the barcode must be a multiple of the DPI of the printer. That's why you can't arbitrarily set the width of the barcode.
Can AzureLabel work on macOS?
