Print labels from POS systems
AzureLabel can load product data from supported POS systems and use it for label printing. This guide explains how to connect EposNow BackOffice and QuickBooks POS.
Create your label
Create a label as described in the Creating labels section of the User guide, up to the point where you configure the import settings.
Print labels from EposNow BackOffice
Connect EposNow
In EposNow BackOffice
- Go to EposNow BackOffice, type
apiin the search box and press [Enter].
- Click on the REST API.

- Scroll down to the Your API Devices.

- Scroll to the right and click Access credentials.

- Copy Authorization Token.

In AzureLabel

- Open the Import settings.
- Set the Source type to Epos Now.
- Paste your copied Authorization Token into the appropriate field and click OK.
Import data
Import the latest product data by clicking Import.

Print labels from QuickBooks POS
Connect QuickBooks POS
In AzureLabel

- Open the Import settings.
- Set the Source type to Spreadsheet.
- Click OK
Export data from QuickBooks POS
- In QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale, go to File > Utilities > Export.
- From the Data Export Wizard, select Inventory Items then Next.
- Enter the needed data in the following fields: Select destination file - location where file will be saved, Write records to (sheet) - worksheet where data must be entered, Begin exporting data to row - row where data should be started.
- From the Choose export template, you may select the default inventory template or manually manage the mapping to match the details to be exported from QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
- Select Next.
- Validate if the records ready for export is correct, then select Export.
Import data
Import the latest product data by clicking Import and selecting the file exported from QuickBooks POS.
