How to print labels with images from Excel
AzureLabel lets you print labels with images from Excel. Images can be embedded directly in the worksheet or referenced by file names or links stored in cells. Embedded images are supported when importing Excel workbooks (.xlsx and .xls).
Using embedded images
- Add one image per row to your Excel worksheet.

-
Create a label and set up the import. See How to print labels from Excel.
In the import settings, you will see a special field named ExcelEmbeddedImage, which contains the embedded images.

- Drag the ExcelEmbeddedImage field onto the label.

Then select Image.

Each label will display the image from its corresponding Excel row.

Note: In Excel, embedded images are floating objects and are not associated with specific rows or cells. AzureLabel matches embedded images to imported rows in the order they appear in the worksheet.
Using image file names or links
- Add one image file name or link per row to your Excel worksheet.

-
Create a label and set up the import. See How to print labels from Excel.
- Drag the image field onto the label.

Then select Image.

Each label will display the image from its corresponding Excel row.

Note: The image field can contain a file name, a full file path, or a URL to an image.
